Biotinylated chloromethylketones

As a research group in Hemostaseology we are looking for biotinylated  
chloromethylketones to visualize on an avidin-blot thrombin and  
prothrombin-activation intermediates (eg:  
biotinyl-caproyl-D-Glu-Gly-Arg-CMK). The enterprise Haematologic  
Technologies provides these reagents, but I cannot find their adress.
