I have known the sequence of IgM.
I can not meet a patient who have got the IgM by some infection.
If I can meet the patient I could get a mRNA of IgM from his lymphocyte.
And I will get cDNA of IgM by RT-PCR.
So I need a cDNA of IgM in pCR III or any other vecters.
If you have it , please send it to me.
Or would you inform to me who have got it.
