Genzyme has just released an IL-15 ELISA. I am the Canadian distributor
for Genzyme. The sensitivity is 10 pg/ml, with an enhanced protocol for
sensitivity of 2 pg/ml. The standard curve range is 47-1500 pg/ml (
optional protocol of 6-375 pg/ml). The total incubation time is 2 hours,
35 minutes, and the required sample volume is 50 ul of serum, plasma, or
tissue culture media. This assay shows no interference or
cross-reactivity with sIL-2R.
