This is a self non self issue. Cells do die and the internal elements
leach out but it is an interesting question considering some autoimmune
diseases such as lupus are against such elements. It is most probable
that there is some tolerance to internal proteins but since the level is
low as you elude to this may not be complete. Of course this whole story
breaks down if you plug in Polly Matzinger/Zvi Fuchs theory of tolerance.
So in the usual immunobabble the answer is yes and no.
you may not be totally tolerized to internal proteins
you have some tolerance and therefore a diff species may be preferable
you can get an Ab to many self proteins if you push the system
