If you have the time to screen thousands of monoclonal
antibodies then you might find the odd anti-monosaccharide
activity. In other words, its not likely. I don't know
what you intend to do with such antibodies, but if you're
just looking for specific binding then perhaps a site
mutated enzyme from the sugar's catabolic pathways would
suffice?
