Can I use a sp2 cell line as a host cell.

I have some questions about a cell line.
Now I am researching a certain recombinant product which is one of the
immunological drugs.I was recommended the sp2 cell line as a host cell.
But Iplan to use the CHO cellline as a host cell.Which one is a correct 
cell line for expression of my cDNA.
Could you recommned about that.
