Just been diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. I'm 31
yr-old female. I lost my last baby to pre-term labor at 25 weeks (he
lived 4 months)--caused by severe pre-eclampsia, caused probably by
this APA.
What does this APA mean to me long-run? And, I want to get pregnant
again. Am already starting the baby aspirin. OB says will need
heparin or prednizone when pregnant--had someone else tell me I should
get the shots before, too.
Have so much to learn about this. Am not a doctor, tho I feel like
one after what we went through with the short life and death of our
son. Can someone please help me get more information about this
condition???
