I am trying to induce CTL recognizing allogeneic hepatocyte.
It is known that allo CTL is induced by coculturing C57/BL/6 mice
spleen cell and mitomycin C treated DBA/2 sp.cell, for example.
Then I have changed DBA/2 sp.cell into DBA/2 hepatocyte
as the stimulatory cell. But I haven't obtained the activated
CTL sufficiently.
Is there anything wrong with my method?
