Dear All, I expressed ScFv-antibody on pIII coat-protein and fond that the binding activity was very weak when compared to the original monoclonal Ig? Can ScFv-antibody be expressed on pVIII protein in the phage-display antibody system? Are there any ways to increase the ScFv copy number per phage?
