Mouse IgG2a can be readily purified off Protein A instead of Protein G. I suggest you check how you elute the antibody from your column. If you use acid elution, be sure to have a neutralization buffer (we use TRIS-BASE) in your tube when the eluate comes in-rapid neutralization can be critical.
