I am using the recombinant phage expression system(pCANTAB-5E vector)
from pharmacia to clone the monoclonal antibody variable region into
the phage, but it seems not work. The facts is, the genes of the Fv is
cloned in, but the expressed phage shoes no reactivity. Can anyone
give me some advise or suggest another system for me. You can send me
