Hi, colleagues!

I am working for Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals in Osaka and now plannning to
measure murine IFN-alpha by ELISA. I've been searching for mAb and
polyclonal Ab reactive with mIFN-alpha, however I could only find 2
companies that provide them (Seikagaku Kogyo and HyCult Biotech, the former
only sells mAb). So far, there is information from above companies that
these mAbs had not been tested in ELISA, so I am not confident whether
those can be applicable or not for my purposes.

Does anyone know of any information on the mIFN-alpha ELISA or any sources
providing antibodies having good specificities to mIFN-alpha?
It doesn't seem there's many studies in this field, right?

Any information concerning mIFN-alpha ELISA will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...
