Does anyone know a reliable method for measuring bioactive VEGF with human umbilical vein endothelial cells? I'd like to know - how many HUVEC to use in 96-well plates, medium, incubation time, range of standard VEGF, etc When I've tried it, I get no measurable response to the VEGF. Please help!!
