Is there an anti-mouse TNF-beta antibody out there? I'm interested in using
it for immunohistochemistry to determine possible expression of TNF-beta in a
inflammatory disease.
Also, I have made primers to look for TNF-beta message expression by RT-PCR,
and have no luck as far. I have no idea whether this is due to lack of
TNF-beta expression or bad primers. What would be a good possitive control
for this purpose? Is there a cell line known to produce TNF-beta?
