Information on LYMPHOMATOID GRANULOMATOSIS needed

Questions:

   1- There is any relationship between the legionnaires¹ disease and  the
apparition of  pulmonary lymphomatoid granulomatosis ?

   2- Do you know someone with lymphomatoid granulomatosis ? In the
affirmative,    what were the symptoms, the prognosis, the therapy, how
was the disease evolution and how was the convalescence?

   3- What does mean the reapparition of infiltration and small nodulse on
pulmonary radiographies after 8 CHOP treatments ?  What would you suggest
as a new therapy try ?

   4- Please communicate all relevant informations, concerning the
lymphomatoid     granulomatosis and the legionnaires¹ disease of kind Long
Beach.
