I was wondering if anyone out there would have any information or
suggestions on making CTL clones in vitro using syngeneic target cells
that express a cytosolic protein. The idea is to transfect a cell
line with the protein so that it is expressed cytosolically and thus
presented through class I to stimulate CD8+ T cells. Thanks in
advance for any help.
