Affinity colum using immobilized streptavidin

     Dear netters:
     
     I want to purify an anti-polysaccharide antibody from human serum 
     using biotinylated polysaccharide and immobilized streptavidin. Does 
     anyone have any experience in this kind of approach? Any comments 
     would be gratefully received.
