Can anyone suggest a way to keep my protein soluble during purification.
I'm purifying a protein on Ni NTA resin and end up with the protein in
8M Urea with imidazole. After dialysis in PBS the protein precipitates
such that there is no protein left in solution. I need the protein
soluble, anyone got any ideas ?
