	In response to the problem of proteins used in diluting primary and 
secondary antibodies:
	
	1. DAKO corporation makes an antibody diluent with background 
reducing components that may be helpful.  Unfortunately, I am at home 
now and do not have the catalog number or phone number available.

	2. The Triton detergent is probably being used as the 
solubilizer/stabilizer instead of proteins in the system you are 
using.
