Child immunological question

There seems to be a problem with my close relative, who is living in
Lithuania. 
	here are the facts:
	He is 7 years old.
	He was diagnosed with something like "Vegener gramotolitoses",
	or something like "vaskulite".
	In both cases diagnosis was pretty grim.
	
	Is there any additional information to be found on the net, or if
someone e-mail me some kind of explanation.
