Could anyone tell me anywhere where I could find the information on how
to calibrate the concentration of a polyAB to EGFr in skin. And how to go
about finding the correct pH the buffer has to be and incubation times
ect. I'm staining cryostat sections using indirect immunofluorescence
microscopy. And I need HELP from anyone and everyone!!!
