Try using either Microplate Manager from BioRad (Richmond,CA) or SOFTmax PRO 
from Molecular Devices (Sunnyvale, CA).  Both have versions for the Mac.  My 
personal preference is SOFTmax PRO.  Both programs allow you to import data 
from any instrument.
