	If you are preparing your glass slides in a glass container you 
may find that your slides are not adhering properly because you coated 
your container also.  I find that the positively charged slides sold by 
Fisher Scientific work much better than those coated with APTEX or 
Poly-L-lysine.  I rarely lose tissue this way and I use to routinely lose 
tissue by coating my own slides.  These "plus" slides are a bit more 
expensive than regular slides but I think they are worth every penny by 
saving wasted time and samples.
