In Vitro High Dose Tolerance ?

Hi all, 

Does anybody know any papers demonstrating the high dose tolerance in 
vitro where, for instance, addition of a large dose of antingen or the 
pepride induces the tolerance (i.e, in the form of anergy) rather than 
activation of antigen specific T cells ?  Any help will be appreciated.
