Does anyone out there have any knowledge of whether or not bovine tryptase, eosinophil cationic protein, or platelet activating factor can be detected with assay kits designed for human use? These are very small molecules. Some preliminary work last summer appears to indicate that human tryptase kits can detect bovine tryptase. Thanks! --
