Macrophages and T cells

Hi:  I am looking for numerical information regarding macrophages and T
cells in humans. Specifically:  average number of alveolar macrophages,
rate at which macrophages and T cells are produced in human beings, average
number of macrophages (and monocytes) and T cells in the lung of a human
being, etc.
