Stem Cell Isolation Protocals

Hello, 
  I'm looking for a stem cell isolation protocal.  Please let me know
what protocals you are using and where I can find a copy of it (we are
using mice).  Currently I am isolating stem cells using eqilibrium
density centrifugation on a discontinuous Percoll (Pharmacia) gradient.

       I would appreciate your suggestions,
