Help with mechanism of action of sesquiterpen gamma-lactons

I am looking for answers, what is a molecular target of cytotoxic activity of
sesquiterpen gamma-lactons bearing an exocylic methylene group fused to
the lactone function.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
