Antigen library to screen MoAb?

I am looking into the question of whether the monoclonal antibodies 
produced in monoclonal gammopathies may be directed against subclinical 
infections.  Are there any laboratories that can screen a given monoclonal 
antibody against a large library of antigens or pathogens?  Any pointers 
greatly appreciated.
