Now I want to isolate CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen.
I have already tried to separate CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen, using
the negative selection of affinity column ,but I didn't succeed in
taking purified CD4+ T cells because macrophages were contained.
Would you mind showing me a suitable protocol?
