I'm currently attempting to develope a DNA cassette for mutiple gene
expression using the NIa gene from the (+)ssRNA virus viz. PVY (potato
virus Y)  I would like to obtain a clone with the complete PVY strain
(any strain) or a clone with the complete NIa gene possibly including
the  heptapeptide cleavage signal @ 5 primer and 3 primer regions.
