Hey all, Is anyone familiar with IgA nephropathy? If so, could you please give me some insight as to what exactly goes on in the kidney? And could you explain the effects it has on the rest of the body (if any)? I am not an expert in immunology but do have some background in cell bio. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
