I would like to know if anyone has had experience using the macrophage
cell line 1c-21 ( ATCC TIB186). I want to use it as a target for 51
Cr-release experiments. Is there anyone who has done this either with
this cell line or any other macrophage cell line. Any advice/input would
be greatly appreciated.
