The best question for troubleshooting: Have you ever done ANY type of ELISA? If the answer is NO, I would suggest reading books and catalogs for help. There are too many to list. If the answer is YES, then you need to be specific. As an MD how would you like a patient to say: "I don't feel so good - do you have any protocols or relevant advice?" BE SPECIFIC !!!
