Yes I would definaltelyu try frozen sections. The morphology isn't as
good, but a good cryostat and some good hands can get it good enough.
It may also be that this antibody isn't good for what you want to
accomplish and a polyclonal or another monoclonal would work better. But
frozens would be the quickest way to go (I hope)
