Calcium flux

To anyone out there who has measured intracellular calcium flux by flow 
cytometry!

I need to measure intracellular calcium flux following crosslinking of 
cell surface molecules. Because of the antibodies available in the lab, I 
have to use a purified antibody as the staining reagent, and an 
anti-antibody as the crosslinking reagent.

If you have a protocol for this kind of thing, or any ideas, please let 
me know!
