I am looking for a specific monoclonal antibody against murine (CD1) NK cells to do Immunohistochemistry on cryosections. I am interested in the least possible amount of crossreactivity with other T-cells, mac's, polymorph's ect. Tried unsuccessfully to locate a murine N-CAM (CD56) which also stains Nk-cells. Does somebody know a source? Tx.
