Hello, I am working on a rat model for Pneumoccal infections. Currently, we are using Wistar strain rats. The take-rate of infections in these rats is quite low. Would there be differences in susceptibility between various rat strains for these infections? Would it be advisable to use another strain? TIA, Leo
