Hello there
Does anyone have information on the best source (or type) of LPS for
inducing cytokines in vitro from freshly prepared human monocytes. I am
particularly interested in using an LPS preparation to achieve the
maximum response as measured by cytokine expression.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
