Need marker for monocyte activation

Andrew:

Some suggestions, although not restricted to monocytes alone, would
be:
	CD69 - 	an early activation marker in lymphocytes & monocytes
	CD54 - 	expressed weakly on resting lymphs/monos and
		moderately on activated lymphs/monos

Use of CD45 & CD14 with the above antibodies in a three or four color
setup will allow for specific gating on monocytes only.
