Wouldn't it be simpler just to make a cytospin of the suspension cells &
than fix them on the cover slide? Actually, when using lymphocyte
suspensions, one does not have to make any specific precautions when
spinning the cells on the slide. You can even use the most common,
non-treated microscopy glasses used everywhere!
