T-cell Cloning Book Needed

I'm trying to generate L. donovani specific T Cell clones in Mice I 
wonder if anyone know about a good book on T cell cloning, or at least an 
updated protocol apart of the one in the current Opinions in Immunology. 
Im also interested in T-cell surface molecules and signal transduction.
