I'm trying to detect CD14 on THP-1 cells (human moncyte line) but am having
some trouble. I've been using human IgG to block the Fc receptors then
following with anti-CD14 and then FITC conjugated secondary Ab. Is there any
reason why this should not work? I'm kinda at a loss here so any help would
be greatly appreciated.
