A 5 minutes search of medline will yield you dozens of
papers about the role of Th1/Th2 cross--regulation in
tumor immunity, and quick ways to manipulate it
to get an effective, antitumor immune response.

Traning MDs in immunotherapy is like traning them in
bloodletting.
