Q- IL-1 in 15 day SD rat

Can someone tell me  the info. about expression of cytokine in 15-day-old
SD rats?

Using reliable methods kits,  and primers based on RT-PCR, I tried to
measur the  expression of IL-1 in some cells such as peritoneal cavity
cell, bone marrow cell and spleen cell. However I could  obtain 
no RT-PCR products.

 Is the expression of IL-1 depend on the age?
