HELP MPO Assay!

Hello,
Does anyone know of an enzyme assay for neutrophil myeloperoxidase that is
an alternative to the o-dianisidine hydrochloride substrate method? It
would be a great help if this method was an end point assay and not a
kinetic measurement. Thanks alot in advance for any help that anyone could
give me on this matter.
