Partial activation of B and T cells

Dear, 

I will appreaciate if anyone can send me the info. on the following 
qestiuons on the partial activation of lymphocytes.  One is whether B 
cells undergo the partial activation similar to T cells, or any partial 
agonists for the antigen specific B cells is known.  Second is whether 
the sufficiently large amont of the known T cell partial agonist(s) 
induce the full T cell activation.    Thanks in advence.
