The presence of Complement has become a point in a PMN
chemotaxis experiment I am working on and I need to resolve whether it
is present or not.
I have two questions regarding complement, the first is will
complement (specifically mouse) be inactivated by exposure to 2M Urea @
4C?, and the second question is whether or not antibody against human C3
will cross react with mouse C3 ( if they do not is there a commercial
source of X anti mouse C3?).
