Hello,

In the future, I will have a lot of samples that need to be tested for
human Hepatitis B-surface-Antibodies.  To keep the budget low, I am
trying to optimize an anti-Hbs-Elisa.  The test is not bad, but I'm not
satisfied with the low senstivity. 
I wandered if anyone had experience with such an elisa.  If so, could
you help me by giving a protocol or the products you use?
