Bioactive compounds ONLY active via mircoinjection?

I am looking at various drug delivery techniques and I am looking for
smallish bioactive compounds that are active ONLY when mircoinjected
(basically they must NOT diffuse across the plasma membrane) that could be
used as a detectable cargo. Thanks for any suggestions
